By using Writtn ("the app", "our service"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Writtn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Writtn is a free web application that presents curated Bible verses for personal reflection. The app allows you to save verses, write journal entries, and sync your data across devices via Google Sign-In.

3. User Accounts

• You may use Writtn without creating an account (guest mode)
• Signing in with Google enables cloud sync and additional features
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the app (journal entries, notes). By using cloud sync, you grant us permission to store this content on our servers solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access other users' data
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the app
• Interfere with the operation of the service
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

6. Scripture Content

Bible verses displayed in the app are sourced from publicly available translations. Writtn does not claim authorship or ownership of Scripture text. The curation and presentation of verses is our contribution.

7. Availability

We strive to keep Writtn available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Writtn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at our discretion, particularly in cases of abuse or violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
